Booking direct on our website or over the phone allows us to manage your booking or modify your booking easier if required. We also guarantee the best rates too. So we would always encourage booking direct with us.
Check in time is from 3pm and check out is 10:30am, you may request a earlier or late check out for a small fee at reception or by getting in contact with the hotel.
Parking is free and available at the rear of the hotel, spaces are limited to a first come first served basis. On street parking is also available, public car parks near the hotel. You will also find a pay and display car park across from the hotel just 100m away.
Dogs are very welcome in the hotel bar and a selection of dog friendly bedrooms. Please note that for hygienic reasons dogs are usually not allowed in the restaurant. We do charge a small fee of £15 per night to allow dogs to stay in a bedrooms. We also have a range of doggie treats and a dog menu available at the bar and a dog water station available free of charge outside the front of the hotel.

Reception is open from 7:30am - 9pm, We do have staff on site 24hours a day and can be contacted at reception through after hours service. Late check in is available after 9pm but we just ask you to contact us to let us know beforehand.
All our online rate for rooms are room rates only. We don't charge per person. Breakfast is priced £12.95 per person and can be arranged at booking or during check in.
The Hotel has complementary high speed Wi-Fi in all public areas and in each bedroom.

Unfortunately not, all our rooms are Non Smoking Rooms. We do have designated Smoking areas at the front of the hotel and at the back of the hotel in the sheltered outside areas.
We're delighted to now offer electric car charging at Gwydyr Hotel. We have two electric car charging stations situated in the car park to the back of the hotel. We have one 22kwh and another 7KW charger available for guest use. You will need a smartphone to setup and charge the car.
Our Bar, Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge is open to both residents and Non Residents Daily. You can book a table online by visiting our food & Drink page or by just turning up on the day. We recommend booking during busy times and weekends. We also serve breakfast for non residents 7 days a week from 7:30am - 9:30am

All staff at the hotel, especially our Housekeeping will work to a range of new and stringent cleanliness standards designed ensure maximum hygiene and infection prevention.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
PUBLIC SPACES
We are going above and beyond our normal cleaning protocols across all our public spaces and high-traffic areas, focusing on key areas such as light switches, door handles and counter tops. Dedicated staff are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency and the recommended cleaning agents.
FOOD AND DRINK
Our Café, Bar and Restaurant are back open as normal and you are no longer required to wear a mask in these spaces, however we do still encourage guest to practise social distancing where possible. We have also launched our takeaway and room service online ordering system available on our website. You can order food, drinks and snacks for collection or room service if you prefer to still maintain social distance.
HAND SANTITISATION
We have a range of hand sanitisation stations throughout the hotel and we actively encourage all guests and staff to make use of them as often as possible. Common and high use touch points have been identified and enhanced cleaning procedures are in place
GUEST ROOMS
In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous cleanliness standards to hygienically sanitise all surfaces with high-grade disinfectants,
